The adjustable eccentricity polished rod sealer designed and manufactured by us can be widely used in oil wells where the packing is frequently replaced due to seal failure caused by eccentric wear of packing.
Structure and principle:
The upper packing is the main seal, and the integral conical spiral seal ring is adopted. It is made of cloth oil resistant nitrile rubber, with high strength, good extrusion resistance, aging resistance and strong compensation performance.
The lower packing serves as a secondary seal. When the upper plate root needs to be replaced, the lower plate root plays a sealing role, so that there is no need to stop the well and vent when replacing the upper plate root, avoiding crude oil loss and increasing production; Secondly, the lower plate root mainly serves to straighten the light rod during use, avoiding excessive wear of the upper plate root.
The lower packing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has good thermal stability, anti friction and self-lubricating properties, as well as acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, and aging resistance. Designed with a unique cross-sectional shape, the sealing ring can undergo significant radial deformation when subjected to axial compression, resulting in good radial compensation, liquid self sealing, and self-lubricating properties.
The upper packing box is equipped with a disc spring. When the disc root wears out, the disc spring releases its elastic potential energy, increasing the automatic compensation performance of the disc root after wear, without the need to tighten the disc root frequently; Secondly, it reduces the compression damage caused by the pressure cover when tightening the packing, and extends the service life of the packing.
The upper and lower connecting flanges adopt spherical sealing, which can adjust the direction within a range of 360 degrees, enabling the sealing device to have a maximum deviation adjustment function of 5 degrees, thereby avoiding the problem of sealing failure caused by the deviation of the pumping rod and the sealing device, resulting in eccentric wear of the sealing device disk root.
