Product Description:
The non-clean wax scraper for sucker rods developed by our company is a wax scraper device specifically designed for lifting and lowering sucker rods during downhole operations in oil fields. This wax scraper adopts two methods: metal knife wax scraping and rubber wax scraping. It can scrape off the hard and soft wax on the sucker rod when lifting it up, and discharge it from the wax scraper's wax outlet. The device has a simple structure, is easy to operate, lightweight, and convenient to use; There are two installation methods, flange connection and clamp head (hub) connection, which are very safe for on-site use.
Structure and principle:
The wax scraper is mainly composed of a wellhead connection body, a wax scraper rubber core, a wax scraper blade seat assembly (with steel wax scraper blades suitable for different specifications of sucker rods embedded on the blade seat), a spring, a pressure regulating screw, a slag discharge pipeline, a lifting short joint, and other components.
According to the different structures of the wellhead, if flange connection is used, the bottom flange should be placed on the flange surface of the large four-way valve; When using a clamp head connection, install the accompanying oil pipe short section and clamp on the clamp head on the large flange. According to the different models and wax deposition conditions of the sucker rod, select the corresponding specifications of wax scraping rubber core and wax scraping blade. Adjust the squeezing force of the wax scraping blade on the sucker rod through the pressure regulating screw in a timely manner. With the lifting mechanism of the well repair operation, automatically and thoroughly remove the original oil and tightly bonded wax, asphalt and gum on the outer wall of the sucker rod. At the same time, the scraped crude oil and cement can be discharged in a directional manner through the slag discharge pipeline.
