Product Description:
When oil wells enter the middle and later stages of production, their output greatly decreases, and some oil wells are in an intermittent or even no oil production state. The cost of oil extraction remains high, and it can no longer meet the needs of conventional pumping units. For such oil wells, it is usually necessary to use a sealing device to seal the well. When the pressure inside the well increases and there is oil production, temporary pumping equipment such as oil recovery trucks can be used to pump oil. After pumping, the well can be sealed again. The wellhead environmental protection pumping device developed by our company is a new type of pumping device that meets this demand. When not in use, the device can be used as a wellhead sealing device; When it is necessary to pump oil, open the gate valve and use the oil recovery truck to pump oil. Moreover, this device will not cause crude oil leakage or pollute the environment at the end of pumping.
Structure and principle:
The device consists of a well sealer (casing, gate, screw, etc.), oil outlet pipeline, oil outlet pipeline gate valve, pressure sensor joint, pressure sensor joint plug, connecting flange, main plug, auxiliary oil scraping device, etc.
When the well needs to be sealed, rotating the screw and tightly closing the gate can seal the wellhead; When oil needs to be extracted, remove the main plug, connect the pumping equipment, and turn the screw to open the gate valve of the well sealer and the gate valve on the oil outlet pipeline for oil extraction.
Main features:
1. It has the function of shut in and blowout prevention: in the event of a blowout during the pumping process, it can promptly seal the steel wire rope to prevent oil, gas, and water mixture from spraying out and contaminating the ground.
Equipped with pressure relief function: After the pumping is completed, the rubber bucket is left in the wellhead to achieve pressure relief and fluid release.
2. Having cleaning function: When the suction rubber bucket and weighting rod are lifted, the body is cleaned through a closed ring to ensure that there is no adhesion of crude oil and mixed liquid.
3. It has the functions of sealed pressure resistance, remote pressure sensing, and spray prevention (remote pressure sensing accessories are separately equipped).
4. The gate is embedded with oil resistant rubber, which can timely seal the steel wire rope, prevent the mixture from spraying out, and protect the cleanliness of the wellhead environment.
5. Equipped with an oil scraping device, it can clean the well fluid from the pump and weight rod into the well after the pumping is completed, achieving environmentally friendly production.
