The friction between the sucker rod and the tubing, as well as the friction between the sucker rod coupling and the tubing, can cause the rod to break or trip, leading to the shutdown of the oil well, resulting in string leakage and tubing scrapping, causing significant economic losses to the production of the oilfield. Our company integrates advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, combined with the characteristics of eccentric wear in oil extraction wells. We have developed a specialized anti wear device for oil extraction rod straightening and reducing wear in severely eccentric wear oil wells, using two anti wear processes: improving the self-lubricating ability of the rod coupling and increasing the friction contact area. It not only protects the device body from wear, but also greatly reduces oil pipe wear, with a service life more than ten times that of ordinary stabilizers.
Structure and principle:
The device consists of a triangular fan-shaped self-lubricating alloy spray straightening body, an extended sucker rod coupling, and a fixing ring. The triangular fan-shaped stabilizer is fitted onto the extended coupling of the sucker rod and fixed with a fixing ring; The supporting body can slide freely on the extended coupling of the sucker rod, and the innovative design of the triangular shape enables the supporting body to rotate automatically, ensuring that the wear-resistant surface of the supporting body matches the inner wall of the oil pipe.
Main features:
It has significant self-protection effect: the unique self-lubricating additive component of the stabilizer sleeve reduces the friction coefficient between the coupling and the oil pipe, playing a self-lubricating role, protecting and slowing down the wear of the oil pipe surface.
It has a protective effect on the eccentric wear of oil pipes and sucker rods: the stabilizer sleeve adopts a special eccentric structure design, which overcomes the disadvantages of short eccentric wear cycle and oil pipe damage caused by the point and line contact of the anti-wear sucker rod coupling with the inner wall of the oil pipe, greatly reducing the eccentric wear of the sucker rod.
