Product Description:
The hydraulic tubing self sealing device developed by our company is a semi sealed wellbore tool with hydraulic control, quick opening and closing, and closed annulus. It is suitable for use in backwash sand construction operations and daily oil pipe lifting and lowering operations. It can also be used for forced lifting and lowering operations through oil pipe couplings with inverted corners when using buffer energy storage devices. This self sealing device not only solves the problems of overflow or intermittent spraying, but also solves the problems of complex equipment and high wellhead.
Structure and principle:
The structure of the self sealing device mainly consists of an upper shell, a lower shell, a hydraulic annular rubber core, a sealing ring, etc.
This device utilizes the principle of rubber deformation under pressure and restoring its original state after pressure relief to achieve the closure and opening of the annular space.
When it is necessary to seal the well, start the hydraulic oil pump, close the oil return gate, and open the high-pressure oil inlet gate. The high-pressure hydraulic oil enters through the oil inlet hole of the shell and pushes the deformation of the annular rubber core, gradually tightening the oil pipe and other pipe columns to achieve the purpose of sealing the annulus.
When it is necessary to lift the pipe column and open the closed annulus, close the high-pressure oil inlet gate and open the oil return gate. The high-pressure hydraulic oil enters the high-pressure oil pipeline through the housing inlet hole and flows back to the hydraulic oil tank. The hydraulic annular rubber core returns to its original state. Release the clamping oil pipe and other pipe columns, and the annulus opens accordingly. The pipe column can be lifted without obstacles.
