1.Power system
The power system adopts double-power configuration
Power I: Diesel engine+gearbox
Power II: AC Variable Frequency Motor
The driving power of the chassis comes from Power I; The operating power can be provided by either Power I (diesel engine) or Power II (AC variable frequency motor). By switching the transfer case, power conversion and high/low speed gear switching of the AC variable frequency motor can be achieved. At the same time, the diesel engine can also drive the drum as an emergency drive for the drawworks. The operating power and the chassis power are controlled through the operating handle set on the transfer case, ensuring that the platform operation and chassis driving are not used simultaneously, and ensuring safety and reliability during driving and operation.
1.2 Power switching transfer box
The power switching transfer case is a power input, output, and switching device that integrates a two-speed gearbox with a parallel transfer case. The function of the power switching transfer case is to input the power of the engine and drive the drawworks system on the vehicle through the power output end at the upper end; The middle power output end drives the rotary table through the transmission shaft, lower chain transmission box, and upper chain transmission box; The lower two power output end drive the chassis driving system. The motor power input end integrates high and low gear switching to meet the operational performance requirements of the drawworks and rotary table, ensuring the lifting capacity of the hook and ensuring, safety and reliability.
The power of the engine and the power of the motor cannot be input into the power switching transfer case at the same time. The supplier needs to install a power input detection device in the parallel box, which can be interlocked and linked with the control system.

2. Main motor
The main motor adopts explosion-proof AC frequency conversion motor, with strong overload capacity and perfect protection measures. The main cable adopts explosion-proof aviation plug-in parts. The main motor is installed by the chassis factory and equipped with motor suspension fixing bolts and drive shaft.

3 Electronic control system
3.1 Overall requirements

1. The design and manufacturing of electronic control systems should adhere to the principles of "advanced, reliable, safe, convenient, economical, and HSE", with the overall performance and manufacturing quality reaching international standards. The high-voltage transformer system, variable frequency drive and control system, MCC system, various protection functions, interlock functions, etc. can meet the working needs and process requirements of the XJ1350 dual power workover rig. Adopting correct and reliable explosion-proof, shockproof, moisture-proof, and waterproof measures, in compliance with safety operation requirements.
2. The electronic control system can operate reliably and stably at an ambient temperature of -35ºC to +45ºC and a relative humidity of ≤90% (+20ºC), with a fault shutdown rate of less than one in a thousand.
3. The high voltage transformer system can be connected to the 10KV, 6.3KV power grid and output AC400/50HZ.

(4)The variable frequency transmission and control system adopts advanced full digital vector control, using the combination of bus technology and program control technology to connect the variable frequency transmission part and remote operation part in the workover rig system, so as to realize driller intelligent control of the drawworks.
