Many oil fields in our country have entered the mid to late stage of development, and the formation pressure has decreased, forcing the use of small pump deep pumping technology. But as the pump hanging deepens, the working environment of the oil well pump becomes even worse. Under the action of high pressure difference between the inside and outside of the pump barrel (some oil well pump barrels have a pressure difference of nearly 20MPa or even higher), the pump barrel will expand and deform, resulting in the actual leakage of the oil pump during operation exceeding the theoretical leakage. An increase in loss will reduce pump efficiency. The series of ultra deep low leakage plunger pumps developed by our company can achieve zero pressure difference between the inside and outside of the pump barrel during operation, greatly improving the working environment of the oil well pump and reducing actual leakage.
Structure and principle:
A load-bearing outer pipe should be added on the basis of a conventional full barrel pump, with the bottom end of the pump barrel fixed to the outer pipe and the upper end suspended. When the oil pump is working, the annular space between the pump barrel and the outer pipe will be filled with oil, and the pressure difference between the inside and outside will be balanced, greatly improving the working environment of the pump barrel.
Main features:
1. The pressure difference between the inside and outside of the pump barrel is zero, and the pump barrel will no longer expand or deform under stress. Reduced leakage and improved pump efficiency.
2. Reduced the probability of complete pump failure caused by deformation of pump components under stress.
3. The structure is simple, and the homework process will not increase the workload.
4. Improving the depth of the oil pump into the well is particularly suitable for the exploitation of ultra deep wells.
