Our company has developed a series of anti particle sedimentation pumps to address the problems of oil wells with high sand and other impurities in the well fluid, where impurities deposit on the valve seat, causing premature failure of the oil pump, shortening the maintenance free period of the oil well, and greatly increasing the cost of oil recovery.
This pump can effectively prevent impurities from depositing on the valve seat, ensuring the reliability of the valve ball sealing, thereby improving the pumping efficiency and extending the pump inspection cycle.
Structure and principle:
The pump is composed of a drain body, a fixed valve, and an isolation sleeve at the lower end, which are connected by threads. An isolation sleeve is connected to the upper end of the fixed valve, and an oil outlet hole is opened on the upper side of the isolation sleeve. The top of the isolation sleeve is threaded with a solid separation umbrella. The pump utilizes an isolation sleeve and separation umbrella installed on a fixed valve to allow various impurities to deposit between the housing and the isolation sleeve through the oil outlet of the isolation sleeve, avoiding their deposition at the valve seat and ensuring the reliability of the valve ball seal, thereby extending the service life of the pump. At the same time, the pump is made of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, with a chrome plated surface, which gives the pump significant advantages such as anti sand jamming, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
