The ultra deep load shedding anti gas oil pump developed by our company is designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 11AX-2015, GB/T18607-2017, SY/T5059-2009 and other standards. It is mainly suitable for tail pipes that can be lowered to the middle and upper parts of the oil reservoir without releasing gas from the casing. It not only solves the problem of air lock during pumping, but also goes deeper into the well than conventional pumps.
Structure and principle:
The pump is mainly composed of an upper variable buckle joint, an outer pipe upper joint, a compression ring, a sealing ring, an outer pipe, an inner pump cylinder, an outer pipe lower joint, a lower variable diameter joint, an integral plunger, and a fixed valve assembly.
During the upward stroke, the plunger moves upward, the fixed valve opens for oil inlet, and the upstream and downstream dynamic valves close for oil discharge. When the lower end of the plunger leaves the middle hole of the pump barrel, the outer tube chamber is connected to the lower chamber of the middle hole of the pump barrel, and the gas in the well fluid inside the pump rises until the end of the upward stroke.
During the downstroke, the plunger descends, the fixed valve closes, and the floating valve opens to release oil. When the upper end of the plunger enters the middle hole of the pump barrel, the outer tube chamber is connected to the oil pipe. At this time, the gas existing in the middle tube escapes upward, and the outer tube chamber is filled with well fluid until the downstroke ends. This completes a suction process.
The setting of the outer tube opens up a channel for the gas inside the pump, thereby increasing the filling coefficient of the liquid in the working cylinder, reducing the gas-liquid ratio inside the pump, eliminating the interference of gas, and improving the pump efficiency.
In addition, the seal at the upper end of the inner pump barrel is made of special rubber material (strong corrosion resistance, not easy to fail, long service life) to seal the variable joint between the inner pump barrel and the outer pipe, and the lower end is fixed at the lower variable diameter joint with end face sealing. Therefore, not only does it ensure that the inner pump barrel is only connected to the outer pipe chamber, but also the upper end of the inner pump barrel is suspended and not subjected to tension during operation, while the outer pipe bears all the tension. Therefore, this pump is superior to conventional pumps
