The sand proof oil well pump developed by the company is mainly used in oil wells where sand sticking and grinding often occur when using conventional pumps for oil pumping due to severe sand production, resulting in premature failure of the oil well pump, frequent operations, and increased production costs.
Structure and principle:
The long plunger anti sand pump adopts a long plunger, short pump cylinder, and annular sand settling structure, mainly composed of a long plunger, short pump cylinder, sand settling outer cylinder, two-way joint, and sand scraping device.
This pump can achieve oil leakage by installing a dedicated sliding sleeve oil drain, and can also provide customers with a fixed valve with anti falling structure. The lateral outlet hole can prevent foreign objects from falling into the fixed valve from the upper end and causing blockage.
Regardless of the position of the plunger during operation, there is always a section of plunger exposed above the pump barrel. At the same time, the sand scraping device plays a role in scraping and separating sand, which can prevent sand from entering the gap between the plunger and the pump barrel. Sand particles can only sink into the annular space between the pump barrel and the outer tube, effectively preventing sand jamming, reducing wear between the pump barrel and plunger, and extending the service life of the pump
