• Mobile power-driven wire winches surpass traditional diesel-powered wire winches in terms of energy consumption, maintenance costs, environmental friendliness, noise control, and level of intelligence, offering the following advantages:

      The winch skid consists of a winch compartment, an operating compartment, and an electrical compartment; the winch compartment and the operating compartment are equipped with enclosed partition walls. The winch compartment has a double-door opening for wire rope discharge, with maintenance doors installed on both sides. Inside the compartment, there are tool racks, and the top cover of the winch compartment is removable. There is a flameproof LED wellsite lighting fixture on each side of the double-door opening, and flameproof LED ceiling lights are also provided. In the operating compartment, there are flameproof electrical control cabinets, winch operation consoles, operator seats, file folders, toolboxes, fans, and flameproof electric heaters. The observation window for operation is made of flameproof tempered glass.
      The power source drive unit consists of a battery compartment and a wiring compartment; the battery compartment includes the battery system, PCS device, heating and cooling devices, etc.; the energy storage battery unit comprises the battery box, high-voltage box, energy converter, and battery management system, equipped with a perfluorohexane battery fire suppression system, meeting both automatic and manual control requirements. The side is equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating (with protection), meeting the functions of automatic dehumidification and temperature control; the wiring compartment includes the control panel, power cables, energy feedback cables, etc.
        The winch skid and power supply skid have a wireless intercom system; the winch skid calls the wellhead system. The entire skid is equipped with basic lighting and sockets, among other functions, and all cabinets and components are easy to maintain. According to HSE regulations, it is equipped with standard safety signs and warning signs.

The drive motor uses an explosion-proof variable frequency electric motor with a rated power of 35 kW. Explosion protection level: ExdIIBT4Gb.
