Product Description:
The self-cleaning sand control oil-gas separator developed by our company is widely used in oil well sand control, gas control, and gas-liquid sand multiphase separation. It is used in conjunction with oil pumps in oil wells containing sand and gas. The separator is designed and manufactured based on the principles of fluid mechanics. During the pumping process, the oil enters the device through the small holes on the outer tube of the assembly, and is automatically separated into gas, sand, and liquid by the spiral plate. The separated gas is discharged from the upper four inclined holes, and the liquid enters the internal core tube through the spiral plate and winding tube. At the same time, the rotating oil can also wash away the remaining sand on the wall of the winding tube, achieving self-cleaning function. This separator is used for sand and gas separation, which improves suction efficiency, prolongs the service life of the oil pump, and increases the economic benefits of oil recovery. It can replace the currently used metal wire wrapped screen and laser slotted screen.
Structure and principle:
The separator is designed and manufactured based on the principles of fluid mechanics. After being connected to the oil well pump, the oil enters the device through a small hole in the outer pipe, achieving automatic separation of gas, sand, and liquid. The separated gas is discharged into the annulus of the oil well through the upper four inclined holes; The separated sand sinks into the tail pipe or oil well; After separation, the oil enters the oil extraction pump through the internal core tube. Due to the liquid entering the internal core tube through the spiral plate, it can also serve as a self-cleaning function, washing away the remaining sand on the wall of the winding tube. Therefore, the separator has five major functions: double-layer filtration, sand prevention, self-cleaning, gas prevention, and sand settling.
