Overall requirements
       The dual drum hydraulic well testing sled is a special equipment produced for testing and fishing operations on land, sea, oil, gas fields, and water wells. The entire sled body is composed of components such as a winch cabin, an operation cabin, and a power cabin, mainly including a transmission system, drum assembly, sled assembly, winch control system, pneumatic system, circuit system, metering system, wellhead device and instrument system, and auxiliary system.
        The engine of this equipment has been upgraded for explosion-proof transformation. After the upgrade and transformation, the engine is a Zone 2 explosion-proof type (the engine comes with relevant explosion-proof certificates) (the explosion-proof type engine has a slightly larger volume, and the overall size of the sled body will be correspondingly increased. The specific size is subject to the final drawing confirmation size). The electrical and control parts of the overall equipment will also undergo corresponding explosion-proof renovations. The equipment operation cabin will be equipped with combustible gas detection and alarm devices, with methane as the combustible gas and hydrogen sulfide as the harmful gas.        Wellhead Control System
    The wellhead control system manages dual-gate blowout preventers (operating in two-way mode), a pressure relief box (single control with pressure relief capability), and a capture device (single control with pressure relief capability). The control panel is installed in the operator cabin. Operating at 3000psi, it enables winch operators to control BOP switches.
    The system includes a pneumatic pump, manual pump, pressure regulating valve, blowout preventer directional valve, priority accumulator, three-way ball valve, two-way ball valve, pressure gauge, hoses, and fittings.
     The winch cabin is equipped with three wellhead control hose reels, each containing two 30-meter 0.25-inch high-pressure hoses with hydraulic quick connectors at both ends.
    The stainless steel control panel displays hydraulic circuit diagrams.
    The panel integrates pressure gauges, blowout preventer directional valves, pressure   box control valves, capture device control valves, intake instrument ball valves, and accumulator control valves.
    Two hand pumps are provided-one as backup and one for controlling the pressure relief box.
    The control panel is mounted in the winch cabin for operator accessibility.
    The system includes pneumatic hydraulic pumps, 10L accumulators, and 20L hydraulic reservoirs.
    The panel's base features interface ports connected via hoses to pipeline reels in the reel storage area.
    The winch cabin contains three pipeline reels with dual-line designs: two for BOP switches and one for controlling the pressure relief box/capture device, each equipped with a retrieval handle.
    A vehicle-mounted air source (100psi) connects to the control panel via flexible hoses, featuring three-stage air conditioning.
   

 

    Hydraulic System
(I) Winch Hydraulic System
   1. Closed hydraulic system with front and rear double-drum configuration.
   2. Utilizes the American PJ series electrically controlled variable displacement piston pumps with high current and large displacement (outperforming standard KP series pumps from other manufacturers by over 30% in speed and featuring electromagnetic valve blocks resistant to oil contamination), ensuring shock operation requirements. 
  3. Electric control lever: Paired with the PJ series piston pumps, this lever integrates PJ series high-power dual-channel proportional valve controllers operating at 24V with output currents ranging from 170mA to 450mA. Features mid-position recognition and mid-position self-locking functionality.
