The high-pressure sealing device developed by our company can be widely used for wellhead pressure testing operations before oil well drilling, acidification, fracturing, and plugging, or for well flushing, leak prevention, and formation protection in low liquid level, low liquid volume, and low pump efficiency "three low wells".
Structure and principle:
The device mainly consists of an upper joint, a central tube, a rubber cup, a sealing seat, a positioning sleeve, an "O" - shaped sealing ring, and a single flow valve.
When used for wellhead inspection, connect the device to the oil pipe and lower it into the wellbore. Due to the maximum outer diameter of the rubber cylinder being larger than the inner diameter of the sleeve, the rubber cylinder can achieve sealing in a free state. Install the wellhead and pressurize it from the oil pipe according to the pressure value specified in the construction design to verify the sealing of the wellhead.
When used for well cleaning, leak prevention, and formation protection, the device is installed under the oil well pump and on the tail pipe. During normal production of the oil well, it does not affect the upward flow channel and liquid level monitoring of the oil flow. At the same time, due to the maximum outer diameter of the rubber cylinder being larger than the inner diameter of the casing, the rubber cylinder can achieve sealing in a free state, which can partially reduce the back pressure of the oil column in the oil casing annulus on the oil reservoir and play a role in negative pressure oil recovery; At the same time, during well cleaning, the annular space of the oil casing and the downward channel of the oil pipe below the pump can be sealed, which can effectively prevent the well cleaning fluid from leaking into the formation from the annular space of the oil casing and the oil pipe and polluting the oil layer or crushing the well, reducing the amount of water used for well cleaning, improving the efficiency of well cleaning, and reducing the cost of well cleaning; It can also prevent water from entering the oil reservoir, reduce the production cycle of oil well drainage after well flushing, increase the effective well opening time and crude oil production.
