The high-efficiency gas prevention device developed by our company can be widely used in oil wells with high oil and gas content. This device can separate natural gas from produced oil and improve pump efficiency; It can also filter out sand in the oil to prevent sand from getting stuck in the oil pump.
Structure and principle:
The device consists of an upper, middle, and lower section, including a valve assembly, a spiral separator, and a sand control device. The upper outer pipe has exhaust holes.
The oil enters the device through the lower sieve tube, and goes up through the oil gas separation joint along the annular space into the spiral separation mechanism. The gas-liquid mixture flows upward in the spiral separation mechanism. Under the action of centrifugal force, the gas rises along the inner side of the spiral plate through the upper part of the spiral plate due to its low density, and when it floats to the top of the annular space of the device, it is discharged to the annular space of the ring sleeve through the exhaust hole; Due to its high density, the liquid descends along the outer side of the spiral plate to the lower part of the separator, enters the outlet pipe through the oil and gas separation joint, and is discharged by the oil pump. When the liquid passes through the gas sensitive joint, the small bubbles contained inside the liquid are filtered out and discharged through the top exhaust hole along the annular space of the separator. When the liquid passes through the gas sensitive joint, the sand inside the liquid is filtered and sinks along the annular space of the separator to the settling tail pipe, which can achieve sand control function.
