The sand pump developed by our company is mainly used for extracting sand from the well when sand plugs are formed in the formation sand or fractured sand after fracturing, which affects the normal operation of the oil well. This pump can restore the oil well to normal.
Structure and principle:
Lower the sand pump to the sand surface position, use the ground drilling rig as power, and use oil pipes (or small drill rods) to drive the sand pump to reciprocate up and down. When the piston moves upward, the floating valve on the piston closes, and a certain degree of vacuum is generated at the lower part of the piston. Due to the pressure difference, a large amount of sand accumulates at the bottom of the well, and the well fluid enters the settling tail pipe along the inner hole of the drill bit. The well fluid returns to the wellbore through the water hole of the floating valve cover on the sand pump.
When the piston moves downwards, the pressure inside the lower pump barrel of the piston increases, the fixed valve closes, the floating valve on the piston opens, and the well fluid enters the upper part of the piston.
When pumping multiple times and the tail pipe is exposed outside the well sand, the sand pump can be moved underground until the tail pipe is submerged in the well sand. When the sand settling pipe is full of sand, the sand pump can be lifted out of the ground, the sand can be poured out, and then lowered into the well to continue pumping sand.
If the sand plug is very hard, sand can be extracted by rotating the pipe column with hydraulic pliers for 2-3 minutes under a pressure of 50kN. During the process of rotating the pipe column with hydraulic pliers, the pipe column drives the piston rod of the sand pump to rotate, and the piston rod drives the drill bit to rotate to break the hard sand plug.
