Circulation process of drilling fluid purification
The wellhead return mud can be transported to the vibrating screen through the wellhead pipe and the vibration screen diversion pipeline. Enter the sand tank (not directly into the next purification device or directly into the mud tank), the mud flowing from the sand tank into the mud tank (the vacuum separator can be started), and the mud enters the suction or storage tank, repeated by the drilling pump into the well, the mud tank can flow into any tank.
Aggravate process
Preparation and aggravation of the mud is completed by a specially equipped slurry aggravation system. Mud aggravating system consists of aggravating pump, aggravating funnel, suction and discharge manifold. The aggravating pump is mounted on a separate platform at the tail end of tank 3 and fitted with an aggravating funnel. The aggravating pump can pump the mud from tank 2 storage tank and aggravation tank. After aggravation, the mud pipe will be transported to the above warehouse.
Suction process of drilling pump
The drilling pump can inhale the 2 tank storage warehouse and the 3 # tank and aggravation tank through the suction pipeline, and the mud filter (mud pump) is installed at the inlet of the mud pump.
Cutting and mixing process
The shear pump is drawn from the tank 3 and can be repeatedly cut and mixed or transported to the mud tank on the tank 2 to complete the function of adding drugs.
Mud barrel pipeline process flow
A slurry barrel supplied by mud pump with design pressure of 1.0MPa. Mud barrel lines can lead to any warehouse in each tank, except for the proper operation of the mud guns.
Process flow of clean water pipeline
Set the top pipe of the tank to carry water to the tank and clean tank surface equipment, with a built-in 2 "outlet for water transportation to the tank; 1" outlet at the proper position of each tank surface pipe, which can be used for cleaning tank surface equipment and tank surface equipment.
