Flushing Well Pump
1.General description
The well flushing pump is a horizontal triplex single-acting reciprocating pump, consisting of three parts: power end, fluid end and lubrication system.
It is mainly used for circulation system of workover, well washing, cementing, drilling and other operations. The fluid end of the pump can also be used to transport strong corrosive medium after modification.
.2 scope of application
well flushing pump is mainly used for circulation system of workover, well washing, cementing, drilling and other operations. The fluid end of the pump can also be used to transport strong corrosive medium after modification.
2. Structural characteristics and working principle
2.1 Power end
The power end is mainly composed of gear box, frame, crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, crosshead pin, connecting rod size head tile, rolling bearing, etc. Its composition and structure are shown in the attached drawing, and the drawing number, name and quantity of the main parts are attached for the reference of users when they repair and choose accessories (see the drawing and detail list ofparts and components for details).
2. 1. 1 Gear box
The box is welded with low carbon steel, the gear shaft is forged with alloy steel, made by special heat treatment, and driven by herringbone gear structure, which has high transmission strength and efficiency.
2. 1.2 The frame is a box member welded with low carbon steel plate, with high bending strength.
2. 1.3 The crankshaft is an integral alloy forging with high bearing capacity and fatigue strength.
2. 1.4 Connecting rod and cross head are alloy forgings.
2. 1.5 Crosshead pin is alloy steel casting.
2. 1.6 The connecting rod big end tile is a special casting wear-resistant alloy.
2. 1.7 Connecting rod small head tile is cast aluminum bronze.
