Application Range

XYJ series hydraulic winches are improved products based on advanced Italy technology. A variety of models, with line pull from 5kN to 300kN are available for customers to choose from. They have been widely used in mining, petroleum, railway, construction machinery, geologic exploration, metallurgy industries, etc.
 

Structure and Characteristics

XYJ series hydraulic winches mainly consist of XSM series hydraulic motor, Z type normal closed multi-disc brake, C type planetary gearbox, drum, support bearing and frame.Compared with other radial piston motors (low speed high torque), XSM series hydraulic motor features high volumetric and mechanical efficiency, low noise, high reliability, long lifetime and wide speed range.

1. 1. Brake, planetary gearbox, clutch are directly installed inside the drum of winches. Therefore XYJ series winches are compact in dimension and light in weight.
   2. High volumetric efficiency of our hydraulic motor and premium counterbalance valves from SUN solve the problem of shaking in unloading and secondary downslide, and make the hoisting, lowering and brake process more smoothly.
   3. The distributors with integral valve blocks simplify the hydraulic system for customers.
