Feature: Integrated and easy to install

    

1. Avoid the trouble of customers configuring their own gas storage tanks, cold dryers, and filters, avoid the trouble of connecting and installing, and avoid the trouble of multiple suppliers providing services.

2. Permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor ensures stable working pressure at all times.

3. Adopting an efficient plate type refrigerated dryer and a 4-stage high-efficiency precision filter, ensuring pure compressed air is obtained, with a pressure dew point as low as 2-8 ºC. The post-treatment adopts stainless steel pipelines to avoid secondary pollution.

4. The main oil pipe is connected with a flexible pipeline, effectively reducing vibration and noise. The operating noise is less than 70dB, and the use of permanent magnet frequency conversion can better control the oil temperature, avoid centralized drainage after emulsification, and keep the customer's site clean.
