                                                                          Full Battery  Workover Rig
Full electric driven workover rig is truck mounted, which is installed with PTO, transmission box, drawworks and brake system, gear box, two section mast, lifting system and pneumatic and electrical system of drill control.
Power system: rig and chassis share a three-phase AC permanent magnet synchronous motor, power after transmission, through the PTO after drive angle drive box, drive between angle box and drawworks gear transmission instead of traditional chain transmission, not only can improve transmission reliability and  efficiency, Moreover, it can adapt to the reverse driving condition of recovering gravity potential energy in the process of tube.
Chassis system: this chassis is a special chassis of full battery for the oil field, the drive form is 6 × 4, mainly composed of cab, power battery system, control system, transmission system, frame, brake system, steering system, etc.
Mast assembly: double section telescoping , hydraulic lifting and telescoping.Angle 5.5, adjust the operating angle by adjusting the screw rod;
Drawworks assembly: single drum, belt brake.
Hydraulic and air control system: electric hydraulic system is used for leveling jack, mast lifting cylinder, mast telescoping cylinder, mast jack cylinder, workover hydraulic tong; electric airline for drawworks clutch, crown anti collision control, emergency brake cylinder, can realize clutch combination and separation, drawworks brake in emergency.
Remote monitoring system: After various operation information of the equipment is collected by different sensors, it is transmitted to the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis center through the on-board terminal and GPRS/GMS network communication technology, so as to realize the comprehensive and real-time monitoring of the operation process and operation condition of the equipment.
