             Membrane Separation Nitrogen Generator and Injection Unit/Skid/Truck
To meet the requirements of emergency repair, nitrogen injection, pipeline nitrogen replacement, and under-balanced drilling by the purchaser, the technical scheme and description of the nitrogen production vehicle are as follows: the nitrogen production system is designed as a skid mounted, and the entire system is integrated into two compartments.

The core air separation system of the device adopts membrane separation nitrogen production technology, using Japanese Ube membrane separation technology. The power is the motor, and advanced domestic top screw air compressors and auxiliary instruments and instrument equipment from other first-class enterprises. The entire system is mainly equipped with well-known domestic and foreign brands to meet the harsh operating conditions of oil fields and ensure high reliability and stability of the system.
The membrane nitrogen production system is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), which can receive input signals (temperature, pressure, etc.) and control a certain process variable to achieve operational goals (such as temperature, purity, etc.). If the operating conditions exceed the requirements, The alarm system will alarm and stop the vehicle.
The entire system is divided into three parts: air compression system, nitrogen generation system, and nitrogen pressurization system.
The air circuit connection between the two trucks adopts a hose connection for easy operation, and avoid vibration transmission between devices.
