                             The direct-driven beam-pumping unit 
It deletes the traditional induction motor, belt and reduction gear box and is directly driven by permanent magnet compound motor though four connecting rod mechanism, the permanent magnet compound motor integrated the induction motor, reducer, belt pulley and belting. It is a new type pumping unit with high efficiency, intelligence, low noise, low temperature rise, maintenance free and long life. Which got four patents in 2017-2018.
1. Performance of permanent magnet compound motor
The motor's temperature is less than 40 °under natural cooling, which can effective keep the long-term stable operation. The rotor transfer torque no contact, no mechanical wear, no lubrication.Smooth and quiet operation.The rotor speed is low, the bearing adopts cylindrical roller bearing, which has high radial bearing capacity and higher life than mechanical gear box.The volume is similar as the reduction gear box with the same torque specification. Therefore, it doesn't need to change the original infrastructure if the traditional rotary beam pumping unit is transformed as direct-driven. The main shaft and base of the motor can be designed according to the original reduction gear box specification and installed directly on the original base.
2. Basic principle of permanent magnet compound motor
Based on the principle of magnetic field modulation, the high-speed rotating magnetic field is adjusted into the low-speed rotating magnetic field, which can realize the low-speed high-torque output.torque density up to 80-120KNm/m3
