Mud Pump

Mud pump is used to circulate drilling fluid while drilling,it is the core part of drilling fluid circulation system,and it is composed of power end and fluid end.
The products conform to API Spec 7K standards,and have obtained the certificate of authority to use the official API monogram.
Technical Features
Power end:The frame is made of steel welded plates,being of high strength,high rigidity and light weight,and stress-reliving heat treatment is used after being welded,The transmission gears are integral shaping or divided involute medium-hard herringbone tooth,being of smooth running,high efficiency and long service life,The crankshaft is forged straight shaft fixed with eccentric wheel or eccentric integral casting,At the power end,we adopt splash and forced lubrication,which is very reliable,The big gear ring,piston rod and other facilities will be tightened firmly with lock nut,connection is reliable,assembling and disassembling are convenient,To mud pumps 3NB1300-1 and 3NB1600-1,new design of power end realize less weight and high performance-price ratio.
Fluid end: The hydraulic cylinders are made of alloy forging steel,The strength is big,the pressure resistance is high,The pulsation dampener is made of forged or cast steel,and is spherical precompression type.so the fluid flow discharge is smooth,safety and reliable.
Piston rod and crosshead extension rod are jointed by piston clamp,that allows quick installation/disassembly.
The piston and liner bore are cooled and lubricated by independent spray pump system,which have long service life.Their installation alignment has higher precision.
Hydraulic cylinders,suction valve,discharge valve and other major parts and expendable parts are standardized,universal,series"products,Therefore,they can be interchanged with the same parts of the same type mud pump
