Product Description

1.Snubbing Workover Rig had 2 kinds, split  and whole type.

Snubbing Workover Rig split type,

which mainly consists of workover rig main body and snubbing unit. The main body adopts normal , upon which add high level braking system, driller's control cabinet and platform ladders connecting with snubbing unit; the snubbing unit is hydraulic control auxiliary snubbing device, which finish work with the help of mast and other downhole tools, such as hydraulic power tong, winch, inner blocking tools and elevator, and the device consists of power system and wellhead part. Power system is skid-mounted structure, that is to install power system, hydraulic power unit and remote console on the skid-mounted base; the wellhead part mainly is consisted of string sealing system, lifting hydraulic cylinder, clamping system, balance discharging
   Pressure device, working platform, connection panel, driller's console, ladders, escaping slid, pipeline ramp, level just ment and so on; the power system and wellhead part are designed separately for ease of transport or installation.
 
2.Snubbing Workover Rig Power system
Power system is consisted of diesel engine,clutch transfer case etc,mounted on the power skid.diesel engine, engineering model: C325,with water tank,cooling fan and air pump etc.

3.Snubbing Workover Rig Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system mainly consist of hydraulic pump, valve group, driller's console, remote console, oil tank, energy accumulator, control pipeline and joint, oil cooling and heating system.
The system is equipped with 5 gear pumps, two of which is GPC4-80, flow is 80ml/r, the highest working pressure is 21MPa; the other three of which are designed into treble pump, the model is GPC4-63-63-25, flow is 63ml/r,63ml/r,20ml/r, the highest working pressure is 21 MPa.

4.Snubbing Workover Rig BOP String sealing system
String sealing system consist of one set 3FZ18-35 triple ram preventer(special make), two sets FZ18-35 ram preventers, one set FH18-35 annular preventer

5.Snubbing Workover Rig Clamping system
Clamping system mainly consists of four slips assembly: fixed gravity slip, fixed anti-top slip, traveling gravity slip,traveling anti-top slip.

Balanced and pressure relief system consists of two hydraulic plate valve, a double cut wire cross and balanced pipeline and pressure relief line.
